Luis Francisco has extensive experience in national and international law firms in the areas of litigation, arbitration and bankruptcy and in matters such as civil and commercial contractual disputes, corporate litigation, unfair competition, insurance and civil liability, real estate, construction, engineering, copyright and trademarks.

He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1994, arbitrator of its Court of Arbitration and insolvency administrator, with extensive experience in advising insolvent companies and creditors.

Professor at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) since 1998 uninterruptedly, where he teaches undergraduate courses and the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. Author of several collaborations in specialised publications.

Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) in 1992 and Master in Account Auditing and Business Analysis from the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies at the same University in 1993. He has also taken courses to obtain a doctorate in Procedural Law at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and other specialization courses in insolvency, intellectual and industrial property, defence of competition and unfair competition and telecommunications at the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
